Whistleblower system
Internal whistleblower system for legal violations
With the new Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) coming into force, we are obliged to set up and operate a secure internal whistleblower system. You have the option of reporting any legal violations you observe to our internal reporting office verbally, in writing, or in person. We will investigate your reports of misconduct and take the necessary steps to remedy or punish the situation. To ensure that you do not suffer any disadvantages as a result of your report, we will treat your information confidentially and in accordance with legal requirements. Your anonymity will be preserved upon request (Section 14 (1) sentence 1 HinSchG). If we are able to respond, we will confirm receipt of your message and provide information on how to proceed and the measures that have been taken. (§ 17 HinSchG). If this is important to you, we ask that you choose the appropriate method of transmission. In addition to contacting us in person, by telephone, or by letter, you can also use our reporting portal and a functional mailbox for internal reporting.
